The four-bedroom unit
By far the most obvious feature of both units is the spaciousness,
the more so in the bedroom and additional family sitting room. The
combined dining/sitting room is tastefully decorated in colours
which complement the magnificent teak wood parquet floor.
The dining room, furnished with an attractively designed teak
table and matching chairs, has surrounding teak wood wall units
and panels, together with a sideboard for serving dishes.
In the sitting room, with soft, comfortable furniture, the furniture
design blends ideally with a thick patterned carpet to create a
mood of relaxation which permeates the whole apartment.
The family sitting room adjoins the dining/sitting room complex,
separated by a split-floor level, with a low teak wood balustrade.
The room, whilst maintaining the semblance of spaciousness, also
creates a more intimate “family” atmosphere, with its fitted carpet,
teak wall-units and comfortable, relaxing furniture.
The master bedroom is a large, well-appointed room, with modern,
attractive furniture, and a deep-pile, fitted carpet, which blends
with the restful d?cor of the room, complementing the surrounding
fitted wood wardrobes and main dressing table.
The adjoining bathroom matches the master bedroom d?cor and is
fully equipped with attractive modern facilities in top quality
materials.
The remaining bedrooms are similarly appointed in various matching
colour schemes, and although slightly smaller, they are nevertheless
equally luxuriously equipped, including their adjoining bathrooms,
which are identical to the bathroom in the master bedroom.
