If you are thinking about living in the heart of Bangkok, sometimes called the City of Angels, Sukhumvit Road is probably the best place to live. However, since this road is one of the longest in Thailand, it is too long to judge as a whole. More specifically, it regards to the area between "soi" (means "lane") 1 and soi 63. Of course, our building is located in soi 53, surrounded by peaceful & classy residential buildings & houses with outstanding shopping, restaurants and nighlife venues close by.

Your Home at Sachayan Mansion

Since our business is to provide you with a long-term home (at least one year or more), we prioritize your quality of living as best we can. Fully furnished apartments with classic golden-teak wood style including corridor, living room, dining room, family room, master bedroom, two extra rooms, a kitchen, housemaids' room and many more have all combined to become a magnificent home with a balcony in each corner of every unit of course.

Facilities

A 20 meter swimming pool is just on top of our building (plus kids' pool and Jacuzzi), where you can also find a fully equipped gymnasium room, saunas, steam rooms, and a multifunction room containing a pool table just to share with only other 23 units. Facilities like this are more commonly found in other large sized buildings (50 units or more), so these facilities are almost exclusively yours once you are a tenant at Sachayan Mansion.
